SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information to follow your package’s progress.
DUTIES & TAXES
For Australian orders, GST is included in the total cost.
For international orders, please note that the total cost of your order and shipping does not include any taxes or duties that may be imposed by customs authorities upon delivery to your country. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of and remit any applicable taxes or duties.
For further information regarding duties and taxes that may be payable prior to the delivery of your parcel, we recommend checking the official website of your local customs authority or contacting them directly, as these requirements vary between countries.
Kindly note that if customs taxes or duties are declined and the parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any incurred shipping fees from the amount refunded to the customer.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer free express shipping on orders over $400 AUD for Oceania and Asia, and $600 AUD for Europe and Norh America.
For orders below these amounts, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a range of shipping options, including standard and express delivery, to best suit your needs. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please read through our return policy below to see how we can assist you.
RETURN CONDITION
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.
- Initiated within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
- Processed through our customer service team to ensure proper handling.
Note: We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Any items received after 14 days will be returned to the sender.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, exchange or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at customercare@busanastudios.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return (e.g., change of mind, faulty, wrong size, etc.).
- Return Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorisation and the return address.
- Pack the Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the Item: Use a tracked postage method and send the package to the provided address to ensure it reaches us safely. Busana Studios assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of return parcels in transit. To ensure timely processing of your return, please include your name, address, order number, and return authorisation number inside the package.
- Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund, exchange, or store credit accordingly. Your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.
PROCESSING TIME
- We strive to process returns daily, Monday to Friday (AEST). However, please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return parcel for it to be processed.
- Please note that refunds may take 10-15 business days to appear in your account due to the processing times of financial institutions.
